* Our IT Management Consultants are experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) with experience in medium to large private or public companies managing a staff of 25 or more and responsible for budgets over $25M. All consultants have a history of efficiently and successfully turning around IT organizations while simultaneously managing mulitple projects.
* Our Professional Recruiters are experience business professionals in Human Resources or other high level functional areas within a company who possess exceptional knowledge of people, business culture and functional expertise while holding a broad understanding of business.

Our Transition Consultant team members have extensive experience and knowledge in recruiting, resume writing, interviewing, researching, networking and career services which adds a significant amount of value to each transition employee’s career search. Our transition consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries where they have served as hiring business manager, human resource managers or executives for fortune 500 companies. Most importantly, we have extensive experience in working with transition employees through the in-depth one-on-one interview process resulting in a positive career transition.
