Directed ground up civil, concrete, structural steel, process piping, equipment installation, power, instrumentation and control works associated with the construction of 2100 ton, $ 2.5 million chilled water plant.
3. Hewlett Packard Manufacturing Building 4, Aguadilla, PR,USA
Directed process piping work, constant air volume (CAV) HVAC works, equipment rigging, equipment installation, start up support and commissioning of a new chilled water plant for a $ 1.5 million new manufacturing facility construction contract.
4. Hewlett Packard Cafeteria and Mixed Use Commons Building, Aguadilla
Directed HVAC, mechanical & plumbing trades work, variable air volume HVAC systems installations, kitchen equipment, potable water, storm & sanitary underground and above ground plumbing for this $ 800,000 dollar, 60,000 SF multiple use and cafeteria complex. Assisted all related HVAC controls scope of work installation, start-up, and commissioning.
5. OMJ Pharmaceuticals Laboratories Facilities, San Germn, Puerto Rico, USA
Directed $ 2.5 million in general construction works for a new 24,000 square feet of research laboratory facilities that included concrete works, structural steel, interiors fit out, laboratory furnishings and associated electromechanical provisions, ancillaries and appurtenances.
6. Bristol-Myers Squibb - Commercial Offices, Catao, PR
Directed selective demolition and new general commercial construction work for $ 3.5 million interiors fit out of existing commercial offices at Guaynabo and Catao Headquarters. Scope of work included u/g sanitary & storm sewer improvements, structural steel and concrete work, architectural interiors fit out and MEP work.
7. BMS Process and Batch Room Improvements, Mayaguez, PR
Directed civil and MEP aimed at installation and commissioning of a 700 ton chilled water plant as part of a $ 5,000,000 total construction project. Performed equipment rigging, equipment installation, pre start up and start up assistance for the centrifugal chillers, cooling tower, condenser & chilled water pumps and associated ancillaries & instrumentation.
8. General Electric Commercial Offices, Carolina, PR Directed general commercial construction type improvements to an existing 80,000 SF area of a big box type structure, converting into a showroom, administration area and warehouse. Cost of project $2,000,000. Work included structural steel & concrete work, interiors fit out, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical power, fire alarm and lighting works.
9. Colgate-Palmolive Manufacturing Plant, Juncos , PR
Directed capitol improvements project consisting of the revamping of a 45,000 SF existing manufacturing and mechanical room areas and a new 80,000 square foot big box type expansion at a price tag of $ 5,000,000. Scope of work included chiller & cooling tower equipment rigging and installation, chilled water and condenser water pump piping, controls, piping interconnections, hydronics and start up support.

Directed CAV air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, sanitary and potable water systems, storm & sanitary sewer piping network, fire pump system and ancillaries construction works for this ten story office building at a price of $ 1,200,000.
