Project responsibility\'s from initial bid preparation through project close-out. Duties include contract administration and execution, estimating, solicitation and negotiation of subcontractor and suppliers, scheduling, onsite supervision/direction of superintendents and workforce, field and office accounting and cost controls, owner, A/E and subcontractor communications and coordination of project meetings, review and coordination of submittals, change order functions, quality control and construction safety.
Have years of experience, and worked my way through the rank of construction profession from field Engineering, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Director of Construction, with a large portion of that time working for owner developers on design build projects of class A office buildings, warehouses, flex buildings, retail Stores, condominiums, shopping centers, and healthcare & educational facilities. Both ground up and tenant fit out for new construction and renovations
