$32 million, Museum of Art project includes the renovation of the existing 42,000 SF, 100 year old, Alumni Memorial Hall that houses the Museum of Art and the construction of a new 56,000 SF addition to address current space needs and allow for future growth in collections and programming. The renovation addresses needed infrastructure improvements. Unique aspects of the project required custom curtain wall systems, stringent environment/HVAC controls, polished concrete floors and cantilevered concrete sheer walls. Senior Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the project.

Federal Reserve Bank Chicago, Detroit, MI 2003 - 2006
$76.5 million, 260,000 SF, new Chicago District Detroit Branch operations center with cash handling/processing, vault and offices. The 47,500 SF currency portion of the facility provides processing, related support space and over 11,600 SF of underground vault storage. The facility incorporates the latest in blast proof and progressive collapse design methods. It also includes a state of the art security system, automated material handling system and redundant MEP systems with back-up chillers, generators, underground fuel tanks and UPS systems. Senior Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the project.

Metropolitan Atlanta Regional Transit Authority (MARTA), Atlanta, GA 2002 - 2003
$36 million, 100,000 SF, new MARTA Rail Maintenance and Operations Facility. Includes Neuero transit car lift equipment, Simmons wheel truing machine, material handling systems, truck service/repair equipment, traction motor service/repair equipment, brake service/repair equipment and rail car cleaning operations. Senior Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the project including schedule, procurement, cost control and problem resolution.

High Museum of Art, Atlanta, GA 2001 - 2002
$80-million, pre-construction of 140,000 SF expansion of the Woodruff Arts Center, designed by architect Renzo Piano. Project included new gallery spaces, office and administration space, curator and restoration facilities, new retail space, an expanded parking garage, and a winter garden and plaza.

Federal Reserve Bank, Atlanta, GA 1999 - 2001
$150-million, 1,000,000 SF, new Atlanta District headquarters office building and parking deck. Branch operations center with cash and check handling processing, vault and automated materials handling. Area Project Manager responsible for construction of the electrical, mechanical, security, structural, material handling systems, including start-up, commissioning and training. Involved with planning and moving Bank staff into new facility.

Morrison Knudsen, Cleveland, OH 6/1982 1/1999

Lockheed-Martin, Marietta, GA 1998 - 1999
$45 million pre-engineering and construction feasibility study to renovate an existing facility at Lockheed Marietta into a graphite composite manufacturing facility for skin and spars for the F-22 fighter jet. Redundant mechanical/electrical systems to minimize interruptions to the parts fabrication process and avoid costly waste. Staff Electrical Engineer responsible for all facets of electrical design.

Federal Reserve Bank, Cleveland, OH 1995 - 1998
$110 million Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland District operation center and historic renovation of existing headquarters building. Staff Electrical Construction Engineer responsible for construction of the electrical, mechanical, security, material handling systems, including start-up, commissioning and training.

PepsiCo, Columbia, SC 1995
$15 million consolidation project that combined a bottling plant with a canning plant. Relocation of existing equipment, new equipment and expansion of existing utilities to handle increased loads. Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for all electrical design.


LNP Engineered Plastics, Columbus, IN 1994
$10 million extrusion line addition to existing plant. Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for all electrical design.

DuPont, Old Hickory, TN 1993
$50 million medical film line addition to existing plant. Design Electrical Engineer responsible for design of all process temperature maintenance and freeze protection of process piping.

Boeing, Frederickson, WA 1990 - 1993
$500 million, 2,000,000 SF, new manufacturing plant, with site development, for Boeing 777 passenger jet. Lead Electrical Engineer for all facets of electrical design, construction and start-up for 230KV substation, 13.8VK site power distribution, and central plant. Electrical supervisor for electrical construction of graphite composites facility.

DuPont, Delisle, MS 1988 - 1990
$156 million expansion of existing titanium dioxide plant. Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for all facets of electrical design. Unique aspects involved maintaining existing line while installing new equipment, and designing environmental safeties to protect workers and civilians from catastrophic releases of chlorine and titanium tetrachloride gas that were used in the process.
