Built new production team, which resulted in improved quality, reduced build out times by 70 days, and reduced final completion punch lists from 40+ items requiring 3 weeks completion, to 10 or less items and 2 days completion.
Led cross functional process improvement by implementing project scheduling using Microsoft Project and a detailed, visual job scheduling board which resulted in reduced build out times and improved coordination between production and sales.
