In this position I successfully managed the largest project Hawkins Construction had undertaken to date (see project list for details) which was spread out over a 125 acre site. Additionally, one of my notable achievements was to be brought in to a project in Cape Coral, Florida which was already four months underway to manage it when the current superintendent had to leave due to family considerations. I really had to 'hit the ground running' on this one and commit an extraordinary time and effort commitment to make this one a success. It turned out to be a notable success for the Owners and Hawkins Construction and one of the most profitable projects of the year. During this project we developed relationships in the Cape Coral market and with the developer which stand in good stead today.
