Act as an advisor for owner of property and/or builder. I was brought in on the initial stages of
design prior to concrete pour. Advised on layout of the floor plan of 15,000 sq/ft residential home,
which included corrections and avoidance of potential problems in switches, electrical, plumbing and
HVAC. Continued insurance of property proceeding as planned and to owners and builders specs.

 15,535 sq/ft, $4.5 Million residential project that features 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 6 bathrooms 3 half
bathrooms, 9 fireplaces, 3 staircases, separated show kitchen and butlers kitchen, resistance pool, game
