Managed the development of a 298-key limited service hotel in Brooklyn, NY. The building consisted of a cellar level and 11-stories above grade, totaling approximately 142,000 sf. Selected and oversaw the project design team, negotiated contracts, managed all governmental approvals, created and maintained the project budget and schedule.
