Joined WESPAC construction as a field Superintendent. After building tenant
improvement projects for three years I was promoted to building ground up
projects.

Started Del Webb as a product control inspector. In 1993 I was promoted to
a field superintendent. During my 12 years at Del Webb I received extensive
training and received multiple recognitions for my accomplishments.
