Since joining Liberty Mutual in May of 2005, I have received consistent awards for excellence and have received two promotions. My original intent when hired was to work my way into Libertys IT network and complete an electrical engineering degree. Unfortunately, the IT department for Liberty Mutual is on the East coast prohibiting me from a continued career with this great company.

Outbound Sales Team Lead

In October of 2007 I was promoted to Team Lead within Liberty Mutuals Phoenix DRC and I worked almost exclusively with the outbound group. It was my privilege to work for Steve Carlino as my supervisor and to help develop both the responsibilities and the protocol for the OB teams. My primary responsibilities as a lead included serving as an intermediary to the supervisor, answering team questions and developing training regimen for the outbound groups.
