Objective : My name is Troy Kittell. I am currently in the process of searching for a Project Manager position in the construction industry. With over sixteen years in the construction industry, seven of those as a Project Manager, I have been involved in both the pre-construction and construction of facilities in the commercial building, hotel/hospitality, high technology, infrastructure, and institutional construction markets.

In addition to project management experience, I have extensive experience pre-construction services including estimating and value engineering. This knowledge was obtained not only as a Project Manager but during the three years I spent as a Project Engineer as well as an Estimator previously.
