Directed and scheduled subcontractors in demolition and remodeling of Chase Manhattan Banks over from Washington Mutual. Met with bank representatives and worked closely with City, and local inspectors insuring quality control while meeting strict guidelines in scheduling dates.

BEAZER HOMES TEMPE, AZ

Guided and directed the work of Assistant Superintendents, building crews, and subcontractors throughout the entire construction and completion of sites under my supervision. My work load was anything from 25 to 70 homes under construction at any given time.

Provided each homeowner with a through a pre-construction orientation meeting to ensure all upgrades and concerns were addressed before actual construction began, and pre-drywall.
Maintained meticulous construction records of building progress and documented any issues that arose, and reported to project supervisors on a weekly and monthly basis.
Proactively managed all back charges and other financial matters with subcontractors and the corporate office.
