I have worked on a team to upgrade the equipment for 22 pump and regulator stations for King County, a 1.8 million-dollar project: and, another Full Water Treatment Facility for Lake Stevens, a 7.8 billion-dollar project. I did mostly the architectural and structural drawings for our projects, using the IBC code and all county/state regulations, until laid off on October 30, 2008 due to current economic cutbacks.

I have been involved in architecture during and since I graduated college in 1968. I am currently the project manager for two churches, a multi-million dollar mixed use building, a service garage and about four large custom designed homes. Ive been using the current IBC, IRC and a few municipal local codes for these projects. I am moving on for a more challenging job and to find a position a bit closer to home.

I'm an architect and I started off in our architectural services department helping our department develop construction documents for projects we were behind in and after eight months transferred into the project manager's/estimators position when it opened up; and, I have been the project manager/estimator since. I have used Timberline Estimating database program for all my estimates, along with Microsoft Project for scheduling & AutoCAD 2005 (which I have my own copy on my computer at my home) for any drawings and Excel for spreadsheets of project costs. In 2003 I custom designed & drew up the plans of my own carriage house (Phase I) on five acres of land in Bozeman, Montana on the West Gallatin River an hour from Yellowstone. Phase II being the main house, while living in the carriage house at the time. I am moving onto a more challenging job where the winters are a bit more tolerable. I am now living permanently at the above address permanently, in Seattle.

Designed commercial offices in the Corporate Park of Beachwood, Beachwood Gateway Center I and II, Supermarkets and Retail Department Stores (May co. & Higbees) . Involved with the design and supervision for the renovation of several historical buildings in downtown Cleveland. I also handled all my own accounts payable/receivables, including my quarterly 941's and reconciliations; but, I had my accountant do the annul taxes.

I terminated the business due to slow economy and business trends.
