Laterra Links Condominiums, World of Golf Village, St. Augustine FL.: Contract consisted of 60 condos in 15 buildings with a 7,212 square-foot Life Style Center with a pool and spa. This was an outstanding project to complete, all the team players, subcontractors, and owners site operations manager all worked very well in completing our goals. $16 million dollar project.
Artisan Park Club, Celebration FL.: Multi-Building luxury apartment complex, Assisted Project Management field staff ensuring Quality Control and Safety, while ensuring scheduling activities of crews were on track with management. $50 million dollar project.
429 Broadway, Retail & Luxury Condominium Project, Saratoga NY.: Historical renovation of a multi-level commercial building. There many instances during the course of work where the plans did not depict existing conditions correctly. My knowledge of plans and construction methods allowed me to come up with solutions and make necessary corrections acceptable to the Architect. My activity allowed us to protect the architect and eliminate unnecessary change orders. I received the yearly Company wide award for OUTSTANDING PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT. $4 million dollar project.
Good Samaritan Health Care Facility, Kissimmee FL.: Renovation of a 30 year old nursing home. The scope required us to demolish and rebuild three nursing stations, add a new kitchen, and install new sanitary lines and new electrical wiring through out the building. The work had to be performed without interrupting the employees expected caring for residents. This was to be a major scheduling and coordination task, my ability to work with the facility managers, employees and subcontractors on a daily basis in a hectic environment while completing the project on time.
