Senior Project Manager/Safety Officer
Oversee multiple subcontractors and company tradesman as Prime Contractor for (14) schools in Woodbridge Township. Tasks included complete renovation of (80) bathrooms, replacement of multiple unit ventilators, exhaust fans, fan coil units, boilers, unit heaters, electrical upgrades for mechanical systems, masonry work, and roofing systems for each school. Also as project manager handled all correspondence with Construction Managers, Engineers, Architect, Inspectors, and Owner including C/O, RFI, pay requisitions, schedule, submittals, and safety issues. Turner Construction Company/NJSCC 2004 to 2006
Responsible for overseeing prime contractors and design consultants for NJSCC projects in the Hudson Regional Office Abbott District. Our main objective is to see that the project team is complying with all aspects of the contract documents. My duties include preparing agendas, conduct weekly progress meetings, pre-planning, PLA, and coordination meetings, distribute minutes, evaluate and log change orders, rfis, schedule, pay requisitions, manpower/cash flow projections, and submittals. PM is also responsible for the scheduling of DCA and local inspections, review and approval of subcontractors, QC/QA, site logistics, demolition, asbestos abatement, and health/safety plan.
Milric Construction Corp. 2002 to 2004
Responsible for multiple projects pertaining to super markets, big box retail, self storages, and hotels. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors and superintendent. Review contract drawings and project specifications. Maintain project schedule, RFI, submittal, and change order logs, execute and process change orders, and pay requisitions. Hold weekly project meetings and record minutes. Responsible for projects from kick off meeting to close out.

Responsibilities include maintaining project schedule, record and log shop drawings/submittals/RFIs/letters of transmittals, generate schedule of values, cash flow projections, negotiate and expedite progress payments/change orders, personnel/safety management, and maintain positive relationships with all project participants.
