Senior Project Manager/Safety Officer
Oversee multiple subcontractors and company tradesman as Prime Contractor for (14) schools in Woodbridge Township. Tasks included complete renovation of (80) bathrooms, replacement of multiple unit ventilators, exhaust fans, fan coil units, boilers, unit heaters, electrical upgrades for mechanical systems, masonry work, and roofing systems for each school. Also as project manager handled all correspondence with Construction Managers, Engineers, Architect, Inspectors, and Owner including C/O, RFI, pay requisitions, schedule, submittals, and safety issues.
