Designed and built a 120K square foot addition while successfully shoring up the existing structure 15 feet to stabilize the foundation, all without interrupting the institutions daily operations.
Oversaw the successful turnkey installation and transfer of the State of Marylands largest sewer system.
Orchestrated design and build for institutional projects ranging from a 130K square foot project for Immanuel Churchs 2,400-seat worship center and administrative offices to a 3K square foot support facility for First Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro.
Honored with the Associated General Contractors of Americas award for ingenuity in advanced construction techniques, as well as the Design Build Institute of Americas prestigious cove story for meeting the unusual challenges of the 120K square foot addition.
