Senior Project Manager Start-up and Develop an Energy and Facilities Management Division for an 8(a) company. Duties including but not limited to: Marketing, Recruiting, Estimating, Design, Budgeting, Creating & implementing a Business Plan, Negotiating, Managing and Mentoring Staff.

Primary Integration, Energy, McLean VA 2007 to 2009

Day to day management of 45 tradesmen, building engineers, electricians, controls technicians and office professionals.
