Construction of New Residential Building, North Folk, NY, February 2007 to December 2007
As project manager and resident inspector, managed the construction of a new luxury 2-story residential cottage. Responsible for supervising construction crew, cost estimation, ordering building material, administering the budget, schedule, and perform quality control inspections on all building components and systems. Responsible obtaining necessary approvals from town officials for each stage of inspection process for certification of occupancy.

Fifth Avenue Cosmetics Eye Associates, Manhattan, New York, June 2005 to December 2006
Designed and managed the construction, cost estimation, budgeting and inspection process. Supervised the renovation of a high-end medical and surgical office including the design of new electrical, lighting, telecommunication, network, and surveillance systems. Renovation of 4000 sf Summer House, West Hampton, New York, February 2004 to May 2005
As a superintendent and resident engineer managed the renovation of an existing luxury residence over a period of fifteen months. Scope of work included purchase and installation of equipment related to HVAC system, lighting system, kitchen and bath. Installed tennis courts and swimming pool on two acre lot. Supervised construction staff and managed the construction cost estimation and budget, procurement of subcontractors, scheduling, and performed quality control inspections for the overall work.
