the decision-making team in hiring the winning firm. Responsible for coordinating bib proposals from general
contractors, compiling the bid quotes in a costs matrix in order to determine which contractor the hospital's chief
operating officer should select. Other responsibilities included getting furniture quotes from vendors for each of
the projects and making the selection, meeting with department directors in order to coordinate the architects,
engineers and equipment vendors before, during and after projects are completed to ensure everything was
