Field Duties:
1.Interpret construction drawings/blueprints and P&IDs and Install accordingly Electrical and Instrumentation hook-ups including but not limited to cable pulling, conduit and cable tray/Ladder installations, Control panel and Marshalling JBs installation and cable terminations of Gas Compression and Oil and Gas skids at the fabrication yard or at Client Offshore/Onshore live plants and insure Project timely completion, emphasizing on safety policies/regulations and quality production, in-line with statutory and prevailing Project and Industry standards.
2.Carry out Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Work Orders and Periodic Predictive and Preventive Maintenance works as assigned and directed by Plant Maintenance Manager/Superintendent in accordance with the companys Quality, Health and Safety procedures.
3.Calibrate and function test (at bench and in field) Electrical and Instrumentation systems, including but not limited to: Process Instrumentation, Main Motor Drive/Prime mover Equipments, Variable speed drive modules/VFDs, Servo motor drives and controllers, Direct Online Controllers (with/without reduced frequency controls) for reciprocating compressors Main High Voltage Motors.
4.Conduct leak test, dewatering and vacuum tests on high pressure pneumatic and hydraulic lines utilized in instrumentation system, metering and analyzer equipments.
5.Test and insure that the supplied equipment is fully integrated with the clients existing plant SCADA/DCS and that the PLC has been tuned up in-line with plant operating conditions.
6.Insure Equipment performance and reliability is within project specifications by intuitively trimming/tuning Equipment parameters using computer-based programs during Start up and commissioning.
7.Responsible for aftermarket troubleshooting and maintenance of supplied equipment package at Client locations and prepare test/commissioning/field service reports according to Project quality requirements and standards.
8.Coordinate Project progress to Project and Department Managers and highlight any engineering or production issues and participate actively to seek immediate solutions and apply them safely and efficiently.
9.Participate on day to day tool box talks to insure Safe work practices on every activity are being adhered to at all times.

Site Engineering Duties:
1.Prepare Electrical and Instrumentation drawings: Lighting and Equipment layout, Electrical Single Line and Schematic drawings, Instrument Hook-up drawings and cable routing/layout drawings.
2.Prepare site red-line markups and draft AS-BUILT drawings.
3.Prepare Material Take-offs (MTOs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) on Electrical and Instrumentation Installation Hookups.
4.Compile Project drawings for client submission and archiving (Soft and Hard Copies).
