The ESB is a three-story concrete and steel building consisting of office spaces, electronic, chemistry, and clean-room laboratories.

U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (Civilian Employee) 1968 to 1995

Chief Mechanical and Electrical Department Memphis, TN. Reviewed, budgeted, and administered construction, design, and maintenance of various Government facilities including large pumping stations valued up to $40M each. Spearheaded the design administration, construction, and renovation projects at the Memphis Defense Depot, which included housing, warehouses, post exchanges, commissaries, and office buildings. Authored many reports concerning safety, accidents, environmental, engineering practices, property assessments, financial, contractual, and other related reports. Held a Secret Clearance.




Chief Engineering, Design, Master Planning, and Construction Munich, Germany. Managed engineering projects for all United States Army facilities in Southern Germany. Supervised the directors of military construction, engineering, facilities management, and master planning. Conducted property condition assessments on sixty projects per year. Conceived initial designs; reviewed drawings, specifications and cost estimates with users and headquarters. Programmed using DD Form 1391 and ENG Form 3086.
