Contacted and presented to Owner of 50 acre, mixed-use site and developed conceptual master site plan for 277,000 sf of retail and 386,000 sf of mixed-use residential project. Prepared $58 million preliminary construction cost estimate.
Averted potential disaster for Client by obtaining State approval of project when original A/E firm could not obtain permit for Client who couldve lost their $9 million loan from HUD.
