Nationwide Project Superintendent

Name : Rickey Harrod
Industry Type : General Contractors - Managers
City & State : Mobile,AL
Job Title Nationwide Project Superintendent
Relocation Preferences : Nationwide Employer
Objective : You have a Project Superintendents position opening. I am the only man to fill this position. Look no further! I am self-motivated, energetic, thrall, by-the-plan Project Superintendent. I love traveling to different places throughout the United States building new projects. I believe in building great projects and that means great teamwork from my employers employees and subs. To keep clients returning, customer satisfaction is the utmost importance to our team and me. I walk my projects constantly looking for mistakes, safety violation, and that plans are being followed. I am very participle that everyone follows the plans to the letter. I have learned that my employer only receive payment for what is completed by approved plans. If I allow work to be done without approval, my employer will not receive compensation for this work. Meaning my employer eats this expense. Checking for flaws in the space and plans is just one of my duties. Sending RFIs in for approval and having building department add these changes to the approved building plans and specs after approval is very important before work has started. However, until all parties have approved and signed change-orders the work will not start ether. I have worked well with building department officials throughout the United States having no problems on any of my past projects with approvals. I believe in pre-meetings with every department head involved on my projects. These pre-meetings help keep the project move along smoothly keeping project budget and schedule on track. Keeping the schedule updated and making all subs aware of any changes so they in turn can adjust their schedule to keep original turnover date is very important. Keeping subs aware of any extra hours needed from them is very important for most subs act as if they have never done fast past projects before and want to work nine-to-five-five-days-a-week. We both no on fast past projects this is never the case.
It takes these measures along with many more for a successful project superintendent to bring in the project in hand. I work endlessly to bring my projects in and turn the project over on time and budget.

I can only state that when hired you will always look back and say I really made a great decision when hiring Rickey Harrod.
