Kimberly Elementary Atlanta, Georgia Project Manager / Project Superintendent $4 million GMP- CM at Risk project consists of 45,000 SF of existing school space including extensive demolition, new finishes, new HVAC & Electrical, and two wheel chair lifts, as well as replacement of the entire window system and roof, and complete modernization of the restrooms. The project also included renovation of the existing auditorium and minimal enhancements to the site.
Morehouse College Multi-Purpose Gym Renovation and Dining Hall Expansion and Renovation Atlanta, Georgia Project Engineer $8 million GMP -CM at Risk, included all new MEP systems and student recreational center, new student dining hall and renovation of the existing Olympic-size pool.
Justice Carroll County Justice Complex - Carrollton, Georgia Project Manager $16 million GMP - CM at Risk, 514-bed, 150,000 SF jail expansion, in association with local GC, Ra-Lin. The complex will include a full functioning jail consisting of a 96 cell - maximum security, 320 beds/double bunked cells - medium security, and 96 dorm beds - minimum security, court room, and holding cells.
Commercial Central Broward Regional Park Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Senior Project Manager $47million Design Build - Lump Sum. 110 acre multi-use park with a 5,000 seat stadium, 3 multi-purpose fields, 29 acre recreational lake, 6 corporate picnic shelters, 5 picnic shelters, basketball & tennis courts, and 3 pools with recreational amusement equipment.
Pitney Bowes / Aberdeen Woods Conference Center and Hotel Peachtree City, Georgia Project Superintendent Peachtree City, Georgia $7 million expansion and remodeling of Conference Center and high quality Hotel including primarily all finishes of lobby, rooms, and conference areas. Fit out included high-end special finishes for Bell South, a long term tenant: Conference rooms, auditorium, and offices.
Monarch Tower Atlanta, Georgia Assistant Project Engineer $45 million GMP CM at Risk, 614,000 SF, and 25-story office tower including 100,000 SF build out of the Compass Development Headquarters that included a new data center.
