Completed land acquisition, entitlements and pre-leasing of 38,000 sf medical office building adjacent to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This project was successfully preleased to 65 percent prior to opening.
Completed entitlements and pre-leasing for a 36,000 sf medical office building located adjacent to Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich, Illinois. This project was successfully pre-leased to 65 percent prior to breaking ground.
