* Phillips Petroleum, Guayama, Puerto Rico (1988): Electrical Design of the Engineering Facilities Interior Remodeling. Design included lighting, power, communications, and data systems.

* Shell Petrochemical (Old Sun Oil), Yabucoa, Puerto Rico (1991): Participation in the evaluation, refurbish and replacement of several medium voltage (13.2KV and 4.16KV) and low voltage (480V.) substations. Coordination with OEM and vendors. Recommended some power distribution modifications, and ventilation improvements for control rooms and electrical rooms.

* Shell Petrochemical (Old Sun Oil), Yabucoa, Puerto Rico (1991): Evaluation of the instrumentation installation within several manufacturing units. Assessed compliance with the Hazardous area classification and recommended modifications to the installation to comply with Class I Div. 2 locations.
