Maintenance and engineering experience with stamping, sheet metal assembly, painting, various plastic extrusion and thermoforming processes, and final assembly operations. Currently, responsible for 1.9 million square foot manufacturing plant facility maintenance and engineering support.

Developed and implemented multiple cost saving and manpower efficiency improvements exceeding budget and timing targets.

1995-Present Chrysler Group LLC, Twinsburg Stamping Plant, Twinsburg, OH
2007 to Present Facility Engineering Manager responsible for facility engineering and maintenance areas supporting the 1.9 million square foot manufacturing facilities on 195 acres. Managed conversions of steam to natural gas fan rooms, installation of new overhead bridge cranes, general building and HVAC maintenance, environmental compliance requirements, etc.
2005 to 2007 Maintenance Area Manager managed facilities maintenance operations of the buildings, overhead cranes, weld water systems, chillers and cooling systems for press lines, HVAC, fire systems, etc.
2001 to 2002 - Managed 1st shift South sheet metal assembly maintenance and production areas responsible for meeting production and quality standards working with customer assembly plants.
1995 to 2005 Production Engineering Area Manger managed sheet metal assembly maintenance operations and Tool Engineering over robotic and automated spot welding equipment. Launched Total Productive Maintenance, (TPM) on pilot line establishing procedures and documentation. Developed and implemented ISO-9002 policies and procedures relative to assembly maintenance.

1992-1994 Maintenance Area Leader - Responsible for all maintenance operations, engineering and budgets for the Axle Sub-Assembly, and Trim and Final Assembly Shops. Additional duties included shift responsibilities for the Body Paint, Plastic Injection Molding, Plastic Paint, and Utilities Operations.
1986-1992 - Professional Engineer - Provide electrical and controls engineering support for the Body Paint, Plastic Injection Molding, Plastic Paint, Axle Sub-Assembly, and Trim and Final Assembly Shops.
