I am an International Code Council certified Class A General Contractor and majored in Solar Engineering Technology in college. Managed projects to grow market share. Leveraged large-scale experience to manage 1200-ton, structural steel Light Rail Facility project for Consolidated Steel Services and multiple multi-million dollar steel projects for RK Specialties. Enabled both companies to expand market share as a result of enhanced management capability.
Guided multi-million dollar automotive facility construction projects. Managed concurrent construction and brand recognition projects for AutoNations North American Rental Car Division. Supervised construction of multi-brand retail automotive center. Completed projects on time, under budget, with minimal disruption to operations.

Honored as major contributor to the development of first working photovoltaic at the University of Delaware. Managed the first photovoltaic laboratory at Westinghouse Research & Development.
