Increased sales 50% and customer base from 300 to 800 returning to profitability.
Improved gross margin form 36% to 53%.
Successfully leveraged local sales into national accounts with US Steel, Alcoa, Nucor, Solo Cup and Hercules.
Closed two NE offices and opened 3 offices in AL and TN to capitalize on growing industrial sectors.

Led $400M acquisition of two production facilities to bring product to trading desk.
Directed Operating Team at EIM facilities initiating $60M+ capital and $160M+ operating budgets. Cut yearly invested capital by $16M and operating costs by $20M. Instituted QC Programs reducing off-grade by 30%.
Director Structured Trading: Managed sales of 150 originators for energy projects and risk management devices. Targeted C-Level clients and consummated over $1B in trading transactions.
Negotiated full enterprise hedging (Fuel, Raw Material & Product) for a 5-year, $200 M+ per year transaction.
Worked with multiple State and Provincial Governors to revitalize industrial facilities by adding new energy assets and developing hedging programs to mitigate risk.
Led development of risk modeling and process optimization tools.
Developed Neural analysis and Pinch Analysis for energy optimization and enterprise risk analysis.

Led risk analysis, and optimization programs to complement revitalized assets.
