$325K light commercial finish from frame to walk through. Managed water & fire restoration projects

Tasks: Schedule 15 subcontractors and 45 employees while ensuring minimal disruption to
our clients daily operations. Oversaw design, blue prints, framing, plumbing, Electrical, drywall, insulation
paint,cabinet and flooring installation . Perform value engineering while ensuring quality control and time

Project: Manage and direct new startup satellite company for Rocky Mountain drywall Colorado Inc.

Tasks: Hire subcontractors, employees and suppliers. Train and evaluate all team
members. Estimate all projects from architectural blue prints. Develop relationships with new homebuilders
on both National and local levels. Negotiated contracts with builders and suppliers. Managed all field and
office personnel.

Outcome: Signed multiple contracts with Pulte Homes , Tiffany Homes and DR Horton in first 6 months of starting
company. All projects completed within budget and ahead of schedule.

Rocky Mountain Drywall Colorado Inc. Aurora, Co. Warranty Operations Manager 1991 to 2004

Project: Manage field and warranty crews for 150 to 500 residential and multi family homes per month for national
and local builders. Estimate specific projects from architectural blue prints.

Tasks: Manage 10 supervisors, 50 warranty techs, 300 production workers, 15 sub contractors and 4
administrative assistants. Scheduled daily tasks for all warranty and production workers. Ensured quality
control and compliance with all scaffold safety, OSHA and EPA regulations.

Outcome: Awarded contractor of the month, quarter and year by National builder in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and
2001 at multiple subdivisions. Completed projects with no lost time injury's, on time, under budget and within
builders specifications and guidelines..
