Prepare contract documents according to requirements of the Maintenance Preservation Managers (MPM) state wide for Public Works, Purchased Services and Personal Services. This system utilized fiber optics between underground transfer stations with stand alone remote terminal units per station. This is a SCADA (System Control and Data Acquisition) system utilizing DEC VAX 5000 computer system at command control center. Support the project management team in the technical proposals for contract changes and negotiations. Direct contract changes and compliance requirements to contractors.
