Have approved and stamped off tooling. As quality engineer I developed First article inspections (FAI's) for inspectors on shop floor. I have recertified inspectors for their yearly inspection certifications. I have managed and developed teams through organizational and cultural changes in an aerospace manufacturing environment using the Total Quality (TQ), Integrated product team (IPT), 5's and the cell concept's I am able to work in a high speed environment, I am detailed oriented, organized, and disciplined in corporate and operating practices.
