Capital Program Development and Caltrain Express. The Project was divided into: Program, Project, and Playatec JBP Job Numbers, Segments, Responsibilities, Areas of Work, and Types of Activity are performed.
I did the schedule analysis and produced all reports as required by the JPB Board and the Consultants working, when I left only 8% of the work was completed in the design phase. The schedule contained 1074 activities. Playatec lost this contract with JBP.

Report progress against project schedules and update schedules, perform schedule analysis on baseline schedule and monthly update schedules when submitted by contractor. Perform analysis for schedule issues such as delays, mitigation plans and change orders, earned value management and reports and the WBS code for project reports.
