Observe daily construction tasks and procedures performed in the field such as compliance with the plans and specifications, document workforce, materials and equipment used. Provide Daily Reports, Field Observation Reports of non-compliance issues with the work in the field and Defective or Omission Reports, to correct the work as deemed necessary by the Owner. Project Manager/Estimator: Performed review of bid documents, soliciting subcontractors, identifying plan deficiencies, composing R.F.I.s (request for information), submit subcontractor scope of work letters, bidding out the project, compiling bid results, writing subcontracts, set up the construction schedule with monthly updates, overseeing the pre-construction meeting to start the project, fully managing the project in the field, scheduling subcontractors, reviewing subcontractor monthly billings, submitting monthly billings to the owner, completing the project on schedule to the complete satisfaction of the Owner (BOR).
