Parking Garage Project (Present)Budget: $9M Constructed a 5 story 1200 spaced precast parking garage from the ground up for NSA final use. Project consisted of foundations, site work, erection of parking structure, installation of two elevators, storefront and curtain wall, HVAC systems for temperature control of elevator and other miscellaneous equipment, lighting, and landscaping.
Rainforest Caf Demolition Project (Winter 2010) Budget: $1M Demolished 45000 SF Rainforest Caf space. Removal of restaurant finishes and equipment. Equipment removal included kitchen hood, 400amp switch gear, RTUs, split system ceiling hung units, and Roof top fans.
Macys Handicap Ramps Project (Fall 2010) Budgets: $500K Demolished Macys main entrance and constructed two new handicap ramps. Upgraded landscaping and provided a new irrigation system.
Elevated Walkway Project (Winter 2009 to Fall 2010)Budgets: $1M Constructed an elevated pedestrian bridge connecting retail space to common area space. Renovated a blank common area into a lobby seating area. Provided a new storefront entrance which required a mechanical upgrade. A split system was added to condition the lobby area. A glycol snow melt system was installed in the pedestrian bridge to minimize maintenance of the bridge.
