Fast Track project to build 10- 2 story barracks, 2 classrooms, 5 Administration, HQ, and DFAC using relocatable units on 16 acre lot complete with Site work, Water, Sewer, Electric, Sidewalks, Grass in 5 months. Work closely with AE to provide help in resolving design issues as they arise. Scheduling was a large factor in the success of this project.
2007 to 2008, Superintendent, SSHO, Sauer, Key West, FL. Navy Research Laboratories. Design and Build
Project Value: $13,000,000.
Construct new Navy Research Coatings Lab with High tech coatings, equipment, and finishes. Navy Research Corrosion Lab, included removal and replacement of existing deteriorated seawall and seawater valve pit and piping, the job included connecting adjoining buildings; work with A&E to address water intrusion issues, while working with scientists to keep critical systems functioning during scheduled experiments
2005 to 2007, General Superintendent, ALT SSHO, Actus Lend Lease, Beaufort, SC. Design and Build
Project Value: $165,000,000 over 3 years.
I had total oversight of 5 superintendents for 5 congruent new housing projects. Develop and maintain schedules for all sites. Determine manpower, contract time tables, subcontract scheduling, material logistics for tight sites. Oversight of all field operations for new construction and renovations. Maintain communication between Site Superintendents, Project Management, and Property Management.
2003 to 2005, Superintendent, Field Lead, Picerne Military Housing, Ft Bragg NC. Design and Build
Project Value: Approximately $50,000,000
Developed present scheduling system allowing unit minor renovations (First Turns) to go from 3 per week to 65 per week. Responsibilities include but not limited to: evaluation of existing conditions of 50 year old units, schedule and order materials and Subcontractors as needed per unit. Work closely with Neighborhood manager to achieve desired product.

Superintendent for IDIQ JOC and SOC contracts at Parris Island, Beaufort Naval Hospital, and Marine Corp Air Station in Beaufort, SC.
Parris Island JOC and SOC projects included:
o HAZMAT clean up and removal of abandoned fuel depots
o Interior and exterior destructive testing, preservation and restoration, and remodeling of buildings and homes on the national historical register.
o Remodeling, upgrade, asbestos abatement, and restoration of post Chapel, also on national historic register.
MCAS Beaufort projects included:
o Complete interior and exterior renovation of functioning and occupied command buildings.
o Runway and hanger repair and upgrade, and modification of command and squadron buildings.
o Assigned as Project Superintendent for completion of a 212 unit BEQ and ancillary buildings.
