Sold administration on after-hours work initiative (Night Owl Work) that proved to be a huge success (new construction with zero interruption in work productivity and lower insurance rates for Cannon due to limited risk).
-St. Josephs/Stamford Hospital Led gut renovations, core/shell construction, build outs, construction management schedules, and unique challenges related to logistics and timing of events. Maintained high degree of accuracy in construction costs critical to the requirements of the healthcare operation.
