Tilt-Up Project - Budgets up to 15 M
Patagonia west coast distribution center was the first LEED building built in northern Nevada. This doubled the size of Patagonia. This project was an 180,000 sq. ft. tilt-up design-built in the middle of winter, with 28 days of weather delays and the project was completed on time and within budget.
Corporate Center H a ground up design-built two story tilt-up cooperate center that was brought in on time and on budget.
T.I. Project Banks Medical Offices Retail - Budgets up to 1.5 M
Microsoft an 18,000 T.I. which consisted of a complete demo and rebuild of offices on the second floor. Within this T.I. there were several different security zones, restrooms, break rooms, game rooms, and showers with lockers. Completed on time and on budget.
