To Whom It May Concern:
The attached resume provides an outline of my experience and accomplishments. It demonstrates my ability to effectively manage and supervise a variety of functions while developing innovative solutions to challenges. A strong believer in achieving goals though teamwork, I enjoy working with others to organize tasks and create effective ways in achieving these goals.

I have a longstanding hands-on history in the facilities field, stemming from three generations of facilities maintenance managers from my grandfather, to my father and myself, not to mention a brother who is the facilities maintenance manager for Beech-Nut Baby Food Corporation in New York State, where I too was employed and where my maintenance managerial and FDA regulatory experience all began. Three major accomplishments in the past three years with Coty Inc. were establishing the recycling program which included construction of the 10,000 sq. ft. center. The reduction of the waste stream and rebates from the program realized a yearly company savings of $250,000. The 2nd major accomplishment was the engineering, planning, and the construction of a Division I, Class I flammable storage building, total project being $800,000. This made Coty Inc. totally compliant with North Carolina and Factory Mutual requirements. Thirdly, was the closing of the New York State Coty facility to Rocky Point, North Carolina with relocating equipment, rigging, and transportation while remaining under budget. It is a field I have always enjoyed and take great pride in accomplishing a job well done through my organizational and managerial skills. Also, I have completed the following volumes as part of the mandated lean manufacturing training by Coty Inc.:
Execution, The Discipline Of Getting Things Done by Larry Bossidy & Ram Charan
The Goal by Eliyahu M. Goldratt & Jeff Cox
The Fifth Discipline, The Art & Practice of Learning Organization by Peter M. Senge
Good To Great, Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't by Jim Collins

I am currently seeking stable, long term, rewarding employment where my involvement makes a difference to the bottom line.

Thank you for your time and consideration in reviewing my qualifications and allowing me this opportunity. I look forward in hearing from you and speaking with you in person so that we may discuss your needs and my experience in greater detail.
