Responsible to Senior Vice President of Corporate Support Services for all leasing documentation regarding 20+ leased and subleased properties Nationwide.
Assure all documentation is properly prepared and coordinate with Insurance and Risk Management for negotiation and finalization.

Prepare invoices for sublease tenants for their proportionate share of any common area maintenance charges.
Assure all charges to VHB for leased properties are within the lease provisions and paid in a timely manner.
