Negotiated a $1 million subcontract to include a shared cost risk clause of volatile material prices reducing overall risk exposure and allowing the project to stay within budget despite material cost escalations.

Ensured that project conformed to the plans and specifications by conducting daily quality control monitoring on the construction of an underground storm water detention vault with a capacity of 3 million gallons.
Served as liaison between client, design team, and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities that utilized new methods based off the revised 2007 International Building Codes, in constructing a four story storage facility.
Created Excel based metrics to monitor workforce labor hours and production rates on a weekly basis. Tool facilitated accurate forecasting by on-site superintendent to control labor costs on a 202,000 sq. ft. concrete tilt-up facility.
