Senior Estimator Corona, Ca. (2002-2008)
Completed unitized takeoffs on the current plans being built at the different sub-divisions and then entered the quantities into the company software program. Worked with structural engineers, both local and in other divisions outside of California, to value engineer house plans to reduce costs and efficiencies. Reviewed the architectural plans, to confirm that they met the companys standards and that were able to be built in the field.
