Appointed sole source contact for the Facilities Division on Autotopia. Provided knowledge of park systems and infrastructure to the WDI project team.
Developed the Facilities Project Checklist in all the disciplines of construction using project specifications, enabling some of the most successful turnovers of WDI attractions to the Facilities Division
Facilities Duty Manager (Facilities 1) Responsible to provide maintenance response support to the Disneyland, DCA, Downtown Disney and all three hotels. Managed all Maintenance Cast members from Utilities Support Services, Attraction Maintenance and Central Shops while maintain cost standards and guest satisfaction.
Member if the Disneyland Resort Unified Incident Command Team (UICT) providing knowledge of the Resort assets, building and attractions to the Anaheim Police Department, Orange County SWAT Team, FBI and other agencies to develop emergency plans after 9/11. Took leading role in the Resorts Training video for new UICT members.

Supervised all project scheduling and implementation using P6 for scheduling and Primaveras Expedition for cost control and ensured quality control and high productivity rates for cost effective project closeout.
