Project Coordinator responsible for the investigation & inspection of all ECMC campus medical buildings for the evaluation and determination of adaptive reuse, demolition and future construction of the campus with the focus on developing a campus that will possibly be a catalyst for halting the surrounding urban blight while creating a safe haven for patents, employees and the surrounding neighborhood. This compilation was definitely the highlight of my career and one assignment that I enjoyed.

Catholic Health System, 291 North Street, Buffalo, NY 14201 - 18-month assignment

Facility Planner and Project Coordinator for (8) long term care facilities, (4) hospitals and (35) primary care centers throughout western New York. Primary duties included the preliminary architectural design, construction and completion of geriatric, ICU, institutional care and phlebotomy design for patient and resident care. In addition to construction and architectural design; resident comfort in the form of aesthetically pleasing furniture played a major role in the entire design process focusing solely on the needs and comfort of the residents in keeping with ADA, JACHO, and DOH codes.

Engineering Technician for the 77th Army Reserve Command (ARCOM) responsible for the project coordination and maintenance requirements for (21) Army Reserve Stations located throughout the State of New York. Primary duties included travel to each reserve station, on a monthly basis, to inspect and instruct maintenance directors as to assignments required to remain in compliance with the United States Army Military standards.

During the plants operation; I was responsible for the companys transition from manual drafting to AutoCAD being both board proficient and computer literate allowing the engineering department to make a more gradual transition into computer technology instead of a quantum leap, which avoided alienating the senior designers within the department.
