-B. Braun Allentown, PA. Intravenous (IV) solutions manufacturing plant using advanced blow-fill- seal technology.
-Schering-Plough Xochimilco, Mexico City, Mexico
Lead coordination of the production of construction documents for a new Pilot Plant for solid and liquid product development. The project was executed in Mexico in Spanish with the collaboration of the Somerset office. My contribution in the preliminary energy analysis lead to a design that satisfied USGBCs LEED Gold certification requirements and it was recognized by the ISPE for pharmaceutical facility design innovations.
Paulus, Sokolowski & Sartor, Warren, NJ - Project Designer 1998 2006
Experience includes a broad variety of projects all with challenging technical and design requirements. Most important contributions were in the construction documentation and construction administration phases from development of details through punch phase and project close-out activities. Major projects included: biopharmaceutical R&D, corporate interiors; university housing; healthcare and manufacturing.
-Ramapo College- Mahwah, NJ
Developed construction documents and details for a fast-tracked 300 bed college dormitory located on a sloping site. Assisted in detail development, coordination with engineering disciplines, shop drawing review and final punch list. The project was completed on time and within the budget. The project receive several awards among them the Environmental, Design & Construction 2005 Excellence in Design Award Institutional, Non-Profit, Educational or Healthcare Category.
-Cadbury-Schweppes Technology Center - Hanover Township, NJ
Developed construction documents for a Sciences and Technology Center (104,000 sq. ft.) consisting of 56,000 sq. ft. of offices and product development laboratories and 48,000 sq. ft. of pilot manufacturing areas. The project received the New Jersey Business and Industry Association 2006 New Good Neighbor Award.
-UMDNJ Behavioral Health Science Building Newark, NJ
Developed design and construction documentation for a 5 story office building. The program and space planning included offices, laboratories and research facilities.
-Purdue Pharma Cranbury, NJ.
Fit-out of an existing 115,000 sq. ft shell for a new biopharmaceutical research facility. The building program included: chemistry and biology laboratories; tissue culture laboratories; microscopy; and a vivarium with colony and procedure rooms. Developed construction documents, supported construction phase activities including developing punch lists prior to occupancy by the owner.
-NJ Transit Rail Operation Center - Kearney, NJ
Main Rail Operation Center for NJ Transit (60,000 sq. ft.) consisting of 49,500 sq. ft. of offices, Rail Operation Control Room and training classrooms. Developed construction documents and details, coordinated with engineering disciplines, and reviewed shop drawings.
-Steiner Movie Studio Brooklyn, NY
Lead production of construction documents and details for 280,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art film and television production facility.
-Robotech CAD Solutions, Hoboken, NJ. Autodesk Certificate, AutoCAD 2010, Revit Architecture 2010 and 3ds Max Design 2010.
-Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning- Trieste, Italy- Developed building prototypes using energy efficient design with the use of passive solar energy to be built and test in IFE, Nigeria. This job was part of the Research Program to Transfer Technology to undeveloped countries.
