I am 58 years old and want to change, a new challenge. I will never stop working. I love life, people and all that I do.
I am healthy and never had any physical problems.
I exercise regularly to stay healthy.
My hobbies are hiking and woodworking.
I am married to the same woman since 1974.
We have one beautiful daughter that has grown and moved; she is 27.
I have an Insurance agency that I opened in 1977.
I have been in the Air National Guard since 1969; I may retire upon obtaining a new career.
I am currently working full time as a Gen Manger & Facility Manager for the US Air Force.
I have been managing people since 1972. I have managed insurance agents on commission and employees on salary. I got my management feet wet under a very smart man, Mr. Byron Hyde, in 1972-1977. I was his assistant manager in a very large grocery store; it had 28 check out stands.
I am very good at negotiating with people, employees, vendors, or contractors. I just finished a construction project worth $1.2 million for the USAF. I was the go to guy, for all the contractors, electronics, carpenters, plumbers, painters, and General contractor.
I am very good handling numerous projects at once.
I know how to get employees to work without forcing them.
I am very good with all kinds of people and all different cultures.
I have never been a problem to the company I work for. I am an asset to them. Currently that would be the LA Air National Guard, The US Air Force, and my Insurance Agency.
Thanks for considering me for employment
