Vice President/Director of Construction and Development: Conferred with CEO to indentify and secure new locations for branches and offices. Oversaw approval of zoning and code compliance permits for construction of new and existing sites. Supervised acquisition of environmental and feasibility studies, prepared site design and layout, and supervised on site construction. Managed complete turn-key operation.

Stores ranged in size from 12,000 to 75,000 sq ft.
