Recruited to lead $50-to-$200-million-dollar projects including major malls, lifestyle centers, strip centers and tenant build outs. Main challenges included working in multiple states with differing code requirements and the management of multiple subcontractors in several locations.
Successfully completed first major project (Jordan Creek Mall) valued at $200-million-dollars. Was appointed to lead this major project despite no previous experience with projects over $1-million-dollars. 90-days into project, was awarded oversight for interior and finish construction and liaison for tenant contractors.
