Objective : Would you like to optimize the management of your construction projects in this tough economy?

As Site Manager for one of the top commercial contractors in the US, I managed the companies first $68-million-dollar LEED project, achieving GOLD LEED status and bringing it in ahead of schedule and $30,000 under budget.

I\\\'ve just wrapped up a successful $12-million-dollar K-6 School LEED Project in Santa Fe, NM. The goal was for Silver LEED status in which it looks like GOLD LEED status will be achieved. This project has yielded our team over twice the profits that were projected.

My accomplishments include:

oConsistent track record of generating multi-million-dollar revenue streams from additional project work and new clients due to exemplary quality and customer service.

oSaving potentially millions of dollars for employers and clients due to overcoming design setbacks and management challenges on major construction projects.

oKey contributor to bidding and winning first-time industry projects for multiple employers solidifying branding and increasing market share and revenue.

If you would like to achieve and sustain results like these, lets talk. Although my recent compensation has been north of $80,000.00 including incentives, my primary objective is a challenging opportunity. Thank you.

Edward Dixon
P.S. I offer over 20+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects and field operations in a variety of industries including office, retail, hospitality and industrial. I am OSHA certified and LEED trained.
