As FM I worked very closely with outside Contractors, Property Managers, and Leasing Agents on building improvement and repair issues. Day to day responsibilities included making sure all the projects I oversaw were within allocated budgets, timelines and specifications.

Created construction and project guidelines, which included the scope of work, price and safety components for each project. My responsibilities also included managing the project through the contract phase all the way to its completion.

I inspected all completed projects to ensure that building and enhancement projects were completed per code and building specifications. Also oversaw and authorized Change Order Requests taking scope and budget analysis into consideration.

Created project and building scope (RFP) for each individual project, which included contract negotiations with representative of supplying companies.
