Throughout this tough economy, looking for work has become a full time position in itself. In addition, staying active and making a contribution is vital as well. I have divided my time by actively pursuing employment and volunteering. I am an active consulting coordinator and working volunteer with several organizations in the area such as Rebuilding Together, Habitat for Humanity, SOLV and of course The Red Cross.

As FM I worked very closely with outside Contractors, Property Managers, and Leasing Agents on building improvement and repair issues. Day to day responsibilities included making sure all the projects I oversaw were within allocated budgets, timelines and specifications.
Created construction and project guidelines, which included the scope of work, price and safety components for each project. My responsibilities also included managing the project through the contract phase all the way to its completion.
I inspected all completed projects to ensure that building and enhancement projects were completed per code and building specifications. Also oversaw and authorized Change Order Requests taking scope and budget analysis into consideration.
Created project and building scope (RFP) for each individual project, which included contract negotiations with representative of supplying companies.
Personally inspected over 40 real estate properties throughout Oregon Washington and California on a monthly basis to ensure they were being properly maintained to Elliott Inc. our retail customers and our investors expectations.
Played an integral part in helping to create the companys ERT and Green team committees.

As the Supervisor of the department, my role included planning and developing all aspects of the broadcast facility. With my direction, we implemented and initiated Mpulse Maintenance Software. I was to evaluate and direct the activities of the Engineering Department based on current and future needs. Also acted as Project Manager on all In-house construction projects for the broadcast facilities as well as the remote translator locations.
Directed and assisted with service for the operations and maintenance of the entire physical plant and grounds. This included providing service for the boiler system, plumbing, electrical and emergency back up power distribution. Assessed the need for improvements regarding repairs, renovations, and modifications to the broadcast facility and remote sites.
Prepared operational reports, analysis and budgets for yearly operational forecast.
