Certified environmental remediation consultant and inspector. Supervised field staff and subcontractors during industrial site environmental clean-ups, assessments, testing and monitoring to comply with NJ ISRA and BUST programs.
Performed distressed property and Brownfield’s evaluations (Phase I and Phase II) for the Resolution Trust Corporation, FDIC and Fortune 500 clients. Obtained numerous , final, site clearance approvals on closed and remediated sites from NJDEP.

Calton Homes, Inc. - Director of Land Development 7/88 to 8/90
Supervised field staff, consultants and subcontractors in site planning/design, engineering and management of all land development activates on multiple sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Supervised all field operations for residential community development including utilities, roadways, mass earthwork/grading, off site improvements.
Performed pre-acquisition feasibility analysis for potential projects. Developed and managed all project budgets.

US Home Corporation, Homecraft Division- Vice President Land Development 2/81-7/88
Responsible for site planning, engineering, approvals and site improvement construction for residential and multi-use projects in Texas and California. Supervised office staff, consultants, subcontractors and engineers in fast pace delivery of residential lots, multi-family/commercial pad sites.
